Hopkins Solicitors is a reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Due to our expanding client base and growing demand for private client services, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team.
Manage a caseload encompassing a range of private client matters including Wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
·Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
·Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.
·Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
·Proven track record in handling a variety of private client matters including Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
·Demonstrated ability to network effectively to develop and expand the private client department.
