Minister of Religion/Pastor

Job Overview: We are searching for a dynamic and spiritually driven individual to join our ministry as a Minister of Religion. This role is pivotal in leading and shepherding our congregation, fostering spiritual growth, and contributing to the overall well-being of our church community. • Leading Prayer, preaching and teaching the Gospel with clarity, relevance, and biblical authenticity.
• Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to individuals and families within the congregation.
• Offer counselling and support to congregants facing personal, spiritual, or relational challenges.
• Conduct pastoral visits to hospitals, homes, and other locations to provide comfort and prayer.
• Actively engage with the community, building relationships and representing the church in outreach efforts.
• Participate in administrative responsibilities, including meetings, planning, and decision-making.
• Develop and implement discipleship programs to nurture the spiritual growth of individuals within the congregation.
• Provide educational opportunities through Bible studies, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
• oversee and actively participate in youth and family ministry, guiding the spiritual development of younger members.
• Collaborate with youth leaders to create a supportive and vibrant youth community.
• Lead and support mission and outreach initiatives, both locally and globally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ordination or certification as a minister within a relevant religious body.
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to connect with diverse individuals and families.
