Digital Project Manager Hours: 37 hours p/week Monday Friday. Technical Management

Managing med tech and IT hardware deploymentsParticular focus on the intra oral scanner devices within the estateMaintaining and flexing a portfolio of digital products that will deliver the strategic business benefits Structuring planning and sequencing the roll out in line with business objectives and other strategic pillars Playing a fundamental role in working with the senior Leadership and business change teams

Stakeholder Management

Line management responsibilityTroubleshoot areas of conflict between project team members and other departmental areasManaging a wide variety of stakeholders and stakeholder expectationsIdentifies and facilitates the prioritisation of options and decisions

Governance and Control

Controlling portfolio of scanners under their remit throughout the implementation lifecycle. Initiating management actions in response to project progress reports (achievement, productivity and risk)Establishing appropriate best practice programme/project management techniques within their project portfolioProviding reports on status and prognosis, as required by line manager and senior leadership team

Financial Management

Maintaining close working relationship with both the field and the finance team, to understand at all times the financials on all scanners within the portfolio. Maintaining and developing relevant business cases for various Digital projects. As a Digital Project Manager, you will need: Knowledge Knowledge of programme/project methodology such as Prince 2 or AgileAwareness of corporate, industry and professional standards in the programme/project management environmentProven track record of IT Projects delivery on large multi-site estates Skills At advanced Excel and PowerPoint levelStakeholder management skillsChange management skillsNegotiation and conflict management skillsTenacityCustomer Service orientatedBudget control Planning monitoring and reporting skillsAbility to detect and resolve problemsAdvanced communication (verbal, written, listening) skillsAnalytical Skills Experience 3+ years working in projects/programme management, ideally in a health care, retail or multisite environmentPersonally managed a portfolio of projects successfully Would be an advantage if worked in labs or in dental supply chains. Desirable Knowledge of medical tech equipment such as Intra Oral Scanners (IOS)Lab processes for key treatment lines (clear aligners, dentures, implants, etc) As part of {my}dentist, you’ll be joining the UK’s leading provider of dentistry, which supports more than 4 million patients each year to get access to the care they need.
