- Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, PeoplePerHour).
- Prior experience in bidding with grip on Upwork and Freelancer com etc. is a must.
- Acquiring business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Maintain very high rating on all platforms.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up.
- Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia is a must.
- Convert the leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data on a regular basis.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and ensured to resolve all the issues vigilantly.
- A-Levels/Graduates /Post Graduate.
- Ambitious, Passionate, and Target Oriented.
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills.
- Experienced in Selling IT Solutions.
- Aptitude to Multitask and Prioritize.
- Exceptional Communication Skills with expertise in the English language.
- Have Effective Time Management and Organizational Skills.
