Service / Contract Sales Specialist Overview:

The busy service sales team drives all outgoing contact to our existing customer base and is key to ensuring the best serving options are tabled to the clients.

Our sales team receive significant training in all areas of the business to ensure they always deliver excellent customer service and the best information to our clients.

As a business our goal is to continue increasing our already substantial presence in our niche market. We are hiring a new salesperson to work within our existing sales department to drive sales to our revenue targets and achieve our company progression goals.

Each operative must continue to develop product & system knowledge, to enable them to serve all our customers with the best information to close each deal, leaving customers happy and confident with what they have accepted.

Service / Contract Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Target-Driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through consistent outreach to our existing customer base to promote our services and maintenance contracts. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for the following:

* Outbound Sales Calls: Execute a consistent and disciplined approach to making outbound sales calls to our existing customer base. Your goal is to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and maintenance contracts, driving interest and engagement.

* Quotation Accuracy: Prepare accurate and concise quotations in a timely manner, ensuring that all relevant details are included and communicated effectively to the customer. Precision and attention to detail are essential in building trust and credibility.

* Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth. This involves diligent tracking of leads, follow-up activities, and progress through the sales cycle to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

* Appointment Scheduling: Take ownership of booking service and system adjustment appointments with customers, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth logistics. Your proactive approach is critical in driving timely action and maximizing customer engagement.

* Negotiation and Contract Establishment: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions with customers to establish maintenance contracts and service agreements. Your ability to navigate discussions and drive mutually beneficial outcomes is key to closing deals and achieving targets.

* Follow-Up: Conduct thorough follow-up on any existing remedial quotes, leveraging persuasive communication and persistence to secure conversions. Timely and consistent follow-up is essential in driving momentum and closing opportunities.

* Data Collection and Analysis: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, including calls, meetings, and correspondence, in our CRM system. Regularly analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.

* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a relentless commitment to results. Your focus on performance and accountability is fundamental in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team and organization.

As a Target-Driven Sales Specialist, you play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through proactive sales efforts and strategic relationship management. Your relentless pursuit of targets, coupled with your exceptional sales acumen and customer-centric approach, will be instrumental in driving our continued success and market leadership.

OTE of £44,000+
