We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join an internal sales team. This is a pivotal role within the digital construction space. The team prides itself on providing professional services and technologies, and Many of the current field sales team started in this role and have experienced quick career progression based on endeavour and great performance. £25,000 with an OTE of £33,000. This a remote role but you will be required to attend Team meetings in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities Exceeding monthly meetings targets Speaking to relevant B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how the companies service would be beneficial to them Combining excellent industry and product knowledge, with drive and a flair for strong relationship building on the telephone at all levels Exceeding the sales standards as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activity Attend field events to find and develop new leads Re-engaging with lapsed clients, sourcing new clients and networking through LinkedIn.What we require from you Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills and the ability and confidence to identify new business Excellent MS Office skills are essential Previous B2B sales experience would be beneficial but not essential An understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial Strong objection handling skillsCompany Benefits 25 days of holiday per year - with the option to buy or sell between 1-5 days Bonus, Pension, Private Medical and Dental Insurance plans Life Assurance: Income Protection and Critical Illness covers Volunteering opportunities Season ticket loansIn addition, they offer flexible benefit packages that include Childcare Vouchers; Cycle to Work; Retail Vouchers; Gourmet Card; Gym Flex; Gadget Insurance, Health Assessments and Will Writing.
