The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to community cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: General Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of designated areas through mechanical and hand sweeping, and litter collection using a handcart. Bin Management: Empty litter and dog waste bins regularly. Fly Tipping Collection: Collect and dispose of illegally dumped waste. Community Reporting: Observe and report any community needs, defects, or damages, including the condition of street nameplates, signs, road gullies, seats, and bins. Tool and Machinery Operation: Use a range of tools and machinery to perform daily tasks effectively. Street Furniture Maintenance: Conduct maintenance operations on open spaces street furniture. Sandbag Distribution: Distribute and remove sandbags during inclement weather conditions. Vehicle Responsibility: Drive and maintain any allocated vehicle.
