We are on the hunt for a talented and motivated game developer to play a major role in the creation and development of our games and shape the future of our studio.

Excited yet?

Your day to day will look like:
  • Working autonomously alongside artists and designers to make new games and work on existing live games
  • Giving regular updates on your work, and independently communicating with your teammates
  • Testing, debugging and bug-fixing to ensure our games run as smoothly as possible on all devices to the highest possible standard
  • Providing Roblox and general technical support to the wider team
  • Taking the initiative to explore new features on the platform and to push Roblox to its limits

As a member of the Talewind team you care about the little details that make all the difference, shaping the games we create and bringing joy to our players. You love collaborating with others and articulate your ideas and solutions effectively. You are proactive and curious, with a drive to better not only the studio and our working practices but also the world around us.

We think you’ll do great if you:
  • Have experience developing on Roblox, having worked on at least 1 live game
  • Have worked with others before (even just in a team of two)
  • Are curious to solve technical problems and have suitable programming knowledgeable to do so
  • Are at least 16+ years old

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a remote team
  • Familiarity with third-party Roblox plugins and tools
  • A keen interest in updates within the Roblox platform and dev communities
  • 4 day working week, Monday to Thursday, Friday is yours
  • Fully remote, but you will need to be UK based
  • In person quarterly team socials
