Onsite IT Support Engineer - Bedford (£25K-£30K) Looking to join a thriving IT Solutions Provider with a chance to earn Microsoft certifications?
An Onsite IT Support Engineer with good working knowledge of Windows server, Offfice 365, and general network troubleshooting is required to join a close-knit MSP to support their school-based clients. DBS checks will be undertaken before starting this role.
This is an autonomous, flexible role which varies of meeting day-to-day client needs in person, whilst being remotely supporting by the wider team from the head office. Windows Server administration & troubleshooting
Office 365 Admin, Exchange
General networking troubleshooting - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Mobile device support - iOS/Android

Serve as the IT technical support contact for your designated locations
Address, advise, and assist clients with IT-related problems
Advance projects and support migrations at client locations
Conduct routine maintenance and checks, both in-person and remotely
Resolve issues remotely using the company's helpdesk system
Provide telephone support when needed
