As an Underwriting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assessing and underwriting risks within the Property or Energy space. Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of customized insurance programs, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive coverage tailored to their unique needs.

You will evaluate and underwrite insurance-related risks, including property, liability, and other specialized coverages, in accordance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
You will be collaborating closely with brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and assess risk profiles.
You will be analyzing market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to stay informed and adapt underwriting strategies accordingly.
You will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing expert guidance on risk mitigation and insurance solutions.
You will contribute to the effective management of the underwriting portfolio, including monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and determine appropriate coverage.
