Looking for a new and exciting HR Advisor role?

As a People Advisor you will be a true generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources services. The team is collaborative and commercial, and work at pace.

The ideal candidate will have a couple of years' experience in an administrative / HR advisor role in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a commercial focus and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge in or experience of the below

Employee Relations | Recruitment & Onboarding | Appraisals & Development | Payroll |

Policy | Communication | Administration

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration of new colleagues.

- Sharing the management of the HR Inbox, providing timely and effective responses to queries.

- Offering expert consultation on workplace relations and performance management to enhance the organisational climate.

- Crafting and implementing policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.

- Engaging in proactive communication with employees, conducting surveys, and addressing concerns to foster a positive work environment.

- Collaborating with another HR Advisor to process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Empowering managers with the tools and knowledge to optimise their team's performance.

- Innovating HR practices to align with the evolving needs of the business.

The ideal People Advisor will possess:

Personal Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with colleagues across all levels.

- A commercial outlook, paired with sharp business acumen.

- The ability to maintain high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all HR activities.

Technical Skills:

- CIPD level 5 qualification is an asset, though not mandatory.

- Profound knowledge of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Appraisals, Payroll, Policy, and Administration.

- A track record of successful partnerships with senior management.
