It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader (PLFM) to join us at our Severnside Dairy Salary: Competitive Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Location: Severnside Job Purpose: To provide leadership, support and coaching for packing & processing teams throughout the shift to ensure the smooth running of operations, delivery of the daily production plan and to be responsible for leading the flavoured milk teams in terms of performance, compliance and company policy Responsibilities will include: Ensure legal compliance procedures and relevant company policies are followed Demonstrate and promote the company values and principles Consistently follow the company disciplinary, grievance and attendance management procedures. Manage the performance of Flavoured Milk team and achieve 100% completion of "Job chats" with all relevant staff Actively manage employee coaching, training and development to provide effective succession planning and develop a high performing team. Actively ensure that all shifts within your area of control are appropriately resourced Manage team holiday requests and provide timely feedback. Ensure that all asset care and start up tasks are effectively carried out To effectively manage performance using the defined short interval control procedure Working with the Engineering Planner to ensure all equipment is compliant Coach and lead PLFM teams to achieve the daily performance targets. Influence all customer facing staff to represent the business positively in terms of service, appearance, professionalism and courtesy. Lead site teams to meet customer specifications and requirements. Ensure staff conform to the company standards of hygiene, PPE and dress code. Contribute to the achievement of internal and external audit accreditation. Provide timely and professional responses to customer complaints. Ensuring the right product at the right time, first time for Filling Hall production.
