Role
Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for innovation and digital transformation? We're seeking an experienced professional to join a leading company in the industry, renowned for delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. You'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing user-centric, award-winning platforms for food and drink ordering, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and frictionless solutions.
This role is a hybrid position with 2 days per week onsite in Birmingham, and will pay up to £65,000pa.
As a Digital Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the digital vision and strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage relationships with technology partners. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions across multiple sectors, ensuring the company remains a leader in digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and customer requirements.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
- Lead partnerships with technology providers, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct market research to identify innovative technologies and onboard new suppliers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of digital products from inception to BAU.
- Support sales and retention efforts by showcasing digital products in person and remotely.
- Monitor product performance, ensuring KPIs are met and solutions are scalable.
- Promote the digital strategy across the company through various internal channels.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven product management experience in technology-driven solutions.
- Strong user-centric mindset with a focus on innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in vendor management and technology partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical approach.
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences.
- Project delivery and business analysis experience is a plus.
