Focused on helping businesses streamline their operations and improve their efficiency. Across multiple industries, their customers include trusted companies such as Sharp, KLier, Securitas and BASF.

The company now employs circa 150 people across Europe, with just 50 in their UK offices. Their startup energy, collaborative approach and culture of encouraging new ideas have been key in driving their year on year growth and success in onboarding multiple company acquisitions.

We’re in a position to support the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) to recruit their SEO Content Manager to become their “#2” two for all things marketing

THE JOB

Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll work closely to create and execute the content strategies across the 7 product sites. Thinking of this as your greenfield opportunity to apply your flair for content with the support of an empowering CMO makes this an ideal career growing opportunity.

Focused on Germany, Spain and UK sites, being bilingual in German or Spanish along with English will be a distinct advantage. You’ll be working closely with a remote working European team so your excellent communication and relationship skills are essential to aid your collaboration with the web developers, sales and marketing.

You’ll take the lead on multiple websites that attack the target niche verticals across Europe. Your focus will be driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. You’ll also increase brand visibility through strategic content creation and optimisation. You’ll bring a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and excellent writing skills, these along with your passion will produce engaging and informative content. As the company’s pivot point for all things content, you’ll manage Content Writers, Contractors/Freelancers and grow your own team. Your passion will see you to keep up with industry trends, and ensure your ability to use industry tools to deliver your best work. It’s your love for SEO content that drives you to roll up your sleeves and do thorough keyword research, spot high value keywords and topics for each different industry vertical. Your seamless reporting and communication with the CMO will help you excel in your career development and deliver significant results.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Academic/industry foundation in Marketing, Communications or Journalism – degree preferred but industry experience considered
  • 4+ years agency experience in SEO content marketing preferably SaaS or technology clients (inhouse (clientside B2B Marketing and SaaS industry will be considered)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into effective content strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ambitious with a passion for delivering results
  • Bring a curious mindset, ideal for spotting opportunities for content promotion from competitor analysis, keyword research and performance tracking
  • Experience in team leadership and people management in an advantage
LOCATION

The HQ is in High Wycombe, with several UK offices. This position sits alongside with the CMO in the Vauxhall, south London office. Office-based with the flexibility of 1 day a week WFH. It is ESSENTIAL you work at least 4 days a week in the Vauxhall (south London) based office. There are also travel opportunities for industry events and to client locations.
