Children's Support Worker (Bank Staff)

Classroom Recruiters specializes in recruiting compassionate individuals for positions within children's residential homes across the Swadlincote area. We work with a variety of homes, each dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with diverse needs, including Autism, non-verbal communication, and other special requirements.

As a Bank Children's Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis within our partnered residential homes. Your role will involve providing care and support to children aged 10 to 18 in a nurturing environment. Working alongside experienced teams, you'll assist with daily activities, offer emotional support, and help create a safe and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive.

Start Date: ASAP (flexible, happy to wait for notice periods)

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Empathy, resilience, and patience are essential qualities for this role, as you'll be supporting children with complex needs. While prior experience in the care sector or with children with special needs is beneficial, it's not required - what matters most is your dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable children.

About the Children's Homes We Work With:

Our partnered children's homes cater to a diverse range of needs, including Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Difficulties (SEBD) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP). Each home is committed to providing a supportive environment where children can grow and develop. As a Bank Children's Support Worker you'll have the opportunity to work across different homes, gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on the lives of children in need.

This is an unqualified position, but we're committed to supporting your professional development. While additional qualifications related to the role are beneficial, we provide opportunities for training and development along the way. Whether you're new to the care sector or have previous experience working with children, we welcome individuals with a passion for making a difference.
