Job Responsibilities: Offer Approvals & Compensation Insight Support Recruiters in gathering and organizing offer approval documentation. Maintain structured folders within the HR directory and follow up on missing items. Populate draft offer approvals with accurate data and formatting. Understand and apply knowledge of financial year cycles and Investment Banking compensation structures, particularly for junior talent. Review and validate proposed salaries against market trends, internal benchmarks, and candidate compensation history. Assess bonus eligibility and identify any bonus forfeitures from previous employers. Structure sign-on bonuses or guaranteed compensation to appropriately cover forfeitures, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market standards. Confidently question and structure offers to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance. Ensure 100% accuracy in all offer documentation and data entry, with a strong focus on compliance and audit readiness. Reporting & MI Update and maintain the Investment Banking interview tracker. Track headcount approvals and reconcile with the open roles report weekly. Collaborate with the US Operations team to ensure reporting accuracy. Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support hiring strategy, diversity tracking, and pipeline analysis. Provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and identify process improvements. Support the build and maintenance of dashboards and MI tools to enhance visibility and decision-making. ORC Ownership & Data Management Manage end-to-end data entry for all Investment Banking roles in our internal ATS system, including requisition creation, job postings, candidate tracking, and onboarding. Input retrospective data for hires not managed by the recruitment team (e.g. confidential hires, direct business hires, internal transfers). Maintain candidate documentation, including model tests and interview feedback. Ensure data integrity across systems and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. Partner with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across regions. Recruitment Manager Support Provide day-to-day operational support to the IB Recruitment Manager. Liaise with US Operations to ensure consistency in our internal ATS system. Manage interview feedback requests and coordinate reference checks. Own and maintain the EMEA IB Recruitment dashboard. Attend weekly meetings with Recruitment, HR, and IB CAO teams. Support coordination of recruitment events, assessment days, and candidate engagement initiatives. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across recruitment activities. Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and complete documentation. Required Skills & Experience A Bachelor's degree and 2-3+ years within HR, Financial Services or Recruitment. 2-3+ years of direct experience in ORC or a similar ATS system Experience in recruitment operations or MI, ideally within financial services. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data management and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
