Job Description

A dynamic and exciting Global Freight Forwarder, offering an excellent package and genuine progression and development prospects

My client is offering development and long term career prospects as well as a market leading package. Full training will be provided by a dedicated senior member of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging Ocean Freight shipments from worldwide origins and to worldwide destinations.
  • Arranging collections and deliveries with Hauliers and Transport Team.
  • Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills to customers.
  • Handling order traces, checking BOLs, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices/ agents.
  • Completing export customs entries.
  • Experience at communicating with Shipping Lines and Transport Companies.
  • Experience with CNS or Destin 8.

Details:

  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0900-1730hrs
  • Salary: 28k - 35k dependent on experience
