Are you a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist looking to rise to a new challenge?
Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Specialist with proven experience in management and administration of QA processes within the mortgage industry to join our team in Uxbridge, London.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of two days per week office attendance.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Documenting loan-level actions and staff training requirements arising from end to end case reviews and call observations and taking ownership for ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with managers
Prior exposure to Quality Assurance process management in the mortgage industry
Ability to consistently deliver outstanding service
Experience within the Financial Services Industry
Excellent literacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally;
Competent in Excel
Applied experience of primary and special servicing of residential mortgage or Commercial Real Estate portfolios is desirable.
Able to contribute positively through clear communication and flexible work ethic;
