What can you expect?

• You will manage the M365 and Azure environment
• You support with Dynamics 365 FO & SCM
• You will be involved in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• You help diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and support users with IT queries and problems
• Collaboration on IT projects for system optimization and documentation of IT infrastructures and processes are also part of your tasks

What should you bring with you?

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a degree in computer science, alternatively sound professional experience in network support
• You already have several years of professional experience and good knowledge of the Azure Cloud
• You have good knowledge of databases and already have experience with ERP systems
• High flexibility and commitment as well as practiced interaction with people characterize you
• You have knowledge of the structure of communication systems and can organize yourself
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
