Randstad C&P are actively recruiting for a Qualified Static Maintenance Electrician to support our top FM client. The package and benefits Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: Middlesbrough Salary: upto £38,000 per annum Shift Work: 8-week recurring rota (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) 4 on 3 off Holidays: 23 days including bank holidaysKey Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment. Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns. Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.Requirements: Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds). Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
