HR Business Partner Job Type: Temporary

Depending on skill and experience

Our client is looking for a candidate 3 days a week 9 am to 5 pm and these 3 days are to be on-site (22.Candidates are likely to need to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday

They will also be responsible for conducting essential projects and managing urgent ER cases. You will be providing professional and customer focused advice and support to the Executive Team, Managers and staff in the identification and management of workforce issues.
We provide services to the Trust as well as other clients in the public and private sectors, and all our profits are reinvested back into the Trust.

Manage urgent ER cases
Lead on critical projects
Provide monthly workforce information to managers, identifying key areas of risk, assisting managers in the interpretation of this data and the implementation of action plans.
Advise senior managers on approaches to dealing with complex employee relation situations, providing advice on risks to the organisation of alternative options.
Ensure HR policies are applied consistently across the organisation and that good HR practice and statute is maintained.
Provide specialist advice on complex queries involving terms and conditions and the application of employment legislation, codes of practice and HPL policy to ensure the organisation meets its legal obligations e.g. working time regulations.
Develop strong networks internally and externally to ensure best practice is applied within HPL

Project management skills
Experience of working with HR systems and data analysis
Knowledge of pensions
Conflict resolution and change management skills

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development postgraduate Diploma in HR Management (Level 7) or equivalent HR or management qualification
