Have you got the right tools for the job?Calling all experienced Multi Skill Trades Painter and Decorators - can you give our homes the perfect finish?We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our talented and busy Programme team and help maintain our homes in and around the Evesham, Bishops Cleeve, Tewkesbury and Pershore area.What could you be doing?Putting the finishing touch to our Kitchens and Bathrooms you will be an important part of a busy team delivering Kitchen and Bathroom fittings in this area. With a passion for detail, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative. If you also have additional trade skills, especially experience of tiling you should really get in touchWe want somebody who can:A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.Some things we need from you:You will have served an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualificationAdditional Trade skills – tiling is an essential part of this role as you will be tiling our kitchens and bathroomsExtensive time served in Painting, Decorating and associated trade skillsGood organisational skillsExperience of keeping jobs on trackTakes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right first-time approachWorks well alone but also as part of a teamThe drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently whilst meeting strict deadlinesFull UK driving Licence as this is a mobile roleAs you will be working in customers’ homes you will need a DBS check.This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Evesham, Bishops Cleeve and Pershore.Part of Platform Housing Group, Platform Property Care is a well-established property maintenance business.
