We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support the Cluster Team Leader and a committed team of volunteers, working every Sunday.
Working closely with the Cluster Team Leader, you will actively engage with the community and contribute to achieving sales targets within the shop whilst providing high quality customer service.
The successful candidate will need to be physically fit due to the high volume of manual handling involved, you will be able to safely move and handle furniture, some of which will be heavy. You will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous retail experience.
Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice is the leading provider of specialist palliative care within the Milton Keynes area. We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community. Our dedicated Business Development teams and retail portfolio of shops raise vital funds to deliver this care.
