The opportunity

We are expanding our TA Center of Excellence (COE) and are in search of a dynamic Global Talent Sourcing Lead to drive this evolution. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Teva's talent landscape, aligning with our business strategy, and ensuring delivery excellence.


The Global Talent Sourcing Lead is responsible for developing strategies to support strategic talent sourcing and attracting the right talents for the organization in alignment with TA strategy - shaping the future of Teva’s talent landscape, working closely with the business to identify unique staffing needs and candidate selection criteria, and devising and implementing talent sourcing strategies that will be implemented by the RPOs to build future pipeline for strategic roles as well as hard to fill roles.

A day in the life of our Associate Director, Global Talent Sourcing Lead…

• Strategic Collaboration: you will work closely with business and TA leads to identify staffing needs and selection criteria, ensuring a long-term strategy. 
• Innovative Talent Sourcing Strategies: you will set and implement talent sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-quality talent for strategic and hard-to-fill roles. 
• Industry Networking: you will establish networks with industry partners, institutes & academy to stay at the forefront of talent trends. 
• Optimized Channels: you will work with local talent sourcing team to identify and optimize sourcing channels, with a focus on building talent pools for critical areas. 
• COE Leadership: you will act as a COE for the RPO sourcing teams, setting processes, sharing best practices, and tracking performance. 
• Direct Talent Sourcing Support: you will provide hands-on support by engaging, assessing, and activating talents for global strategic roles. 
• Talent Mapping: you will create talent maps to proactively identify executive talent from competitor organizations

Who we are looking for

Do you have…? 

• Proven experience in talent sourcing & recruiting. 
• Vast experience is building global talent sourcing strategies. 
• Advanced knowledge of existing talent sourcing techniques, tools and methods. 
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems. 
• Experience and networking in the pharma industry is an advantage. 
• Proven experience in developing talent sourcing channels & strategies across regions (US, Europe, LATAM and APAC). 

Excellent communicator who liaises effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. 

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
