In the Compliance Administrator role, you will be:

Supporting with all aspects of right to work checks and compliance of laws

Ensuring the correct documentation is prepared and recorded aligned to current legislation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records
Providing relocation assistance to employees outside of the UK with visa applications, housing, schooling, banking, dentists etc to support transition into the UK
Liaising with teams, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, lawyers and other to ensure rules are adhered to ready for audits taking place daily, weekly & monthly
Providing support to the senior management team with day-to-day administrative support

To be successful in the Compliance Administration role, you will need:

Previous experience in administration, data or a compliance based role

Strong attention to detail, IT skills and an ability to check/validate data (Microsoft Excel is essential)

Ability to work as part of a team and with employees at all levels of the business

A highly motivated and proactive approach with an ability to challenge the present circumstances within all aspects of administration

Knowledge of Right to Work checks and UK Immigration Rules (advantageous but in-house training will be given)

Willingness to learn and grow within a developing & growing business
