Ramboll is looking for a new Strategy and Transformation Lead - Head of Global Mobility to lead our global mobility function. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall mobility framework in Ramboll, the development and implementation of our global mobility strategy, and ensure alignment with Ramboll's overall people strategy and business requirements. To achieve this, you will need to engage closely with the business to understand current needs and expectations better and through that define how we do mobility in Ramboll. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the right policies, systems, and processes and ensuring a seamless, efficient operation within a comprehensive compliance framework to guarantee a consistent and user-friendly mobility experience.
You will join our Global Centre of Excellence, Group HR
You will be leading the global mobility department, consisting of four dedicated mobility specialist and one tax/compliance specialist in our Head Office in Copenhagen. The team is part of our Global Centre of Excellence in Group HR (Human Resources). From this Centre of Excellence, we own and promote global HR solutions within our fields of expertise. You will report to the Director for Global Rewards, Mobility & HR Legal, Michael Bendixen.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement our global mobility strategy: You will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic roadmap that supports the company's objectives and aligns with the business's mobility requirements.
Design and operationalise mobility policies and service catalogue: Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing clear and effective policies and service offerings that meet the needs of our business. Your goal is to provide an aligned, fair, and user-friendly mobility experience.
Support and develop a highly engaged and high-performing mobility team: You will lead a team of mobility professionals. Your focus will be on building a motivated and skilled team that is onboarded to the strategic journey that you will guide on.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with internal HR colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of mobility processes and policies. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Evaluate and optimise service delivery: You will continuously with your team assess the effectiveness of the mobility function, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. This includes evaluating the potential for outsourcing certain operational aspects to relocation management companies or internal service delivery.

Previous experience in a head quarter/group function role, with significant focus on people management and strategic development and implementation.
Previous experience with sourcing (both internal and external) of mobility services.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement policies and service catalogues that meet business needs, from a best practice approach.
In depth understanding of the business implications of mobility and the ability to align strategies with organisational objectives.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with process optimisation and managing service delivery improvements.
Preferable but not necessary that you have experience with a global/regional vendor management
