We are in search of a reliable and experienced Plumber to handle all aspects of plumbing work on our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of water and heating pipes, bathroom and toilet fixtures, as well as kitchen appliances, including washing machines and dishwashers. You will ensure that all plumbing systems are installed efficiently and meet the required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining water, heating, and drainage systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Assembling and installing pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water supply and drainage systems.
  • Installing and connecting appliances such as sinks, toilets, showers, washing machines, and dishwashers.
  • Inspecting plumbing systems, identifying issues, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Collaborating with other trades, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Complying with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of plumbing experience.
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
  • Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with both installation and repair work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
