Job Brief:
Are you a versatile marketing professional with a passion for driving growth through diverse inbound sales channels? Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager with a knack for developing strategies that enhance brand presence and foster customer engagement across both online and offline platforms.
The Business:
A leading technology provider to the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new product launches.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand identity and business goals.
- Provide the sales team with warm leads by overseeing and executing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, encompassing a variety of channels like PPC, social media, content marketing, event management, and publicity.
- Manage and optimize our marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Create valuable content for the website and blog to engage and convert target audiences.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, from digital content to print collateral.
- Manage and enhance the brand’s online presence, including website management and social media strategies.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and launches.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a proven track record in running successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics and experience with Google AdWords and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and proficient in using spreadsheets.
- Aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for great copy and effective communication.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
