PA to Actor

Our client is a very successful high profile actor and writer who requires a junior PA to support him in-person day to day and assist his EA across both his personal and business affairs. There will also be key private PA tasks from household management duties to organising trips with his kids, to running ad hoc errands. The north London office is very near where the principal lives. Daily schedule management: ensuring the principal is fully prepped for his meetings and in the right place at the right time day to day, fielding any lastminute changes
Assisting with travel itineraries; booking flights, taxis and accommodation
General administration support: filling, compiling letters, processing expenses, sorting post etc.
Keeping the office running efficiently; sorting any IT issues, ordering supplies etc
Helping to organise private dinners, parties and events
Coordinating with nannies and household staff Paying household bills (MOT, utility bills & insurance etc)
Minimum 1 years + admin/PA experience (exp with celebrities or HNWIs preferable)
Self-starter with hard working and flexible attitude
The role requires someone with at least 1 year + admin/PA experience, who has good academics, high attention to detail and who is confident in their abilities. High emotional intelligence, a strong work ethic and the ability to juggle many tasks at any one time is also key. Hours are 9am – 6pm in the office (5 days per week) but there needs to be flexibility outside of these to respond to messages whether in the evenings or on weekends. Experience working with celebrities or HNWIs is desirable.
