We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lawyer to provide comprehensive in-house legal support and guidance to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and working closely with the wider deal execution team on corporate acquisitions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and licensing agreements.

·Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

·Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with best practices.

·Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues impacting the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects, providing proactive legal guidance and solutions.

Strong understanding of corporate/contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance principles.

·Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
