Description

We are looking for a Marketing Performance Manager in Manchester.
This role is strategic, tactical and analytical. It is thinking big while also diving deep into details to make decisions. It is tactical, in knowing the in's and out's of performance management and being a true expert for sales and marketing. As a Performance Manager, you will help optimize our channels as we grow our lead pipeline and our business. Bringing ideas to life through marketing strategy, events and all things performance management. 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Lead overall performance function to drive strategy predictable, scalable and repeatable pipeline and revenue across events, conferences, paid advertising, email marketing, web optimization and more.
  • Create and own campaign performance dashboards.
  • Own communication of marketing impact, while building a clear understanding of goals, success metrics and impact across the organization.

Events

  • Create overall Human8 event strategy.
  • Responsible for planning and executing global events.
  • Support on the regional execution of events (Livestorm set-up, code html emails, HubSpot list/reports/dashboards, post event analytics).
  • Collaborate with regional activation managers on conferences, presentations and in-company events to provide strategic direction. 

Marketing software

  • Create strategy for HubSpot optimization (e.g. lead qualification, data quality, data retention and deletion in accordance with the privacy policy and GDPR, platform integrations, etc). 
  • Create automation workflows, emails, forms, etc. 
  • Manage dashboards and reports. 
  • Provide support on HubSpot and Livestorm tools.
  • Manage the relationship and work closely with external agencies and partners to amplify our marketing software strategy / usage.

Marketing strategy

  • Develop success metrics that align with the. regional marketing goals. 
  • Own the funnel by developing the channel plans, conversion paths, nurturing, and routing practices with sales for an integrated approach that maximizes revenue contribution [campaigns, regional, global].
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Technical Knowledge:

  • You have a good knowledge of all the tools used for performing your key responsibilities (Livestorm, CoSchedule, Google Analytics, Ambassify, Social media channels, etc.) 
  • You understand AI and how marketing can leverage it.
  • You're an expert in HubSpot or similar marketing performance platform.

Marketing Knowledge:

  • You have a genuine interest in marketing and brands.
  • You have an advanced understanding of the importance of marketing for organizations.
  • You have experience in developing marketing strategies including lead generation, systems integration, content and digital strategy, etc. 
  • You have basic HTML coding and understanding.
  • You are an expert in marketing analytics.

  • You're a fluent English speaker and writer.
  • You have leadership skills with a focus on strategy and data.
  • You're a self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks quickly in a results-driven environment.
  • You're highly organized and have attention to detail while working on multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • You're a team player who welcomes collaboration with colleagues, accepts ideas from others and can accept feedback on their work.
  • You have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
