Director of Teaching School Hub

Longfield Academy are looking for a highly trained and motivated Director of Learning - MFL to join their languages department. As an IB World School, the promotion of international mindedness and development of language acquisition is extremely important to the school community.
In addition to both French and Spanish GCSE courses at KS4, the department teaches these languages through the IB’s Middle Years Programme (MYP) at KS3. This allows for opportunities to work with a range of levels and abilities to improve the quality of education and outcomes in MFL.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering Leadership Scale, commensurate with experience + London Fringe Allowance.
