Our client is an award-winning firm of Solicitors providing a wide range of legal services to both individuals and businesses. Their team of Lawyers and support staff are experts in their field and carry the values of the firm with them to give a friendly, informal and professional service. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary with experience of supporting a busy Private Client/Residential Property Team providing secretarial and administrative support to the fee earning members of the Teams. * You'll be given the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and skills and study through the CILEX as you grow your career within this successful law firm

* What you’ll be doing - Legal Secretary Private Client/Residential Property Team

* Anti-Money Laundering verification of new and existing clients

* Receiving and making telephone calls to both clients and contacts which will involve keeping them up to date with matter progress

* Digital transcription of documents as and when directed by the members of the fee earning staff

* Legal Secretary Private Client/Residential Property Team

For this role we are looking for candidates who have had experience of working within a law firm, and who can liaise confidently with clients via phone and email, communicate effectively and possesses a high level of attention to detail.

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hours - Legal Secretary Private Client/Residential Property Team

* 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
