Position: Key Accounts Manager
Overall Purpose: Our client is the leading garage equipment company in the UK looking to recruit the role of Key Accounts Manager within their growing management department
Location : Office-based in Hebden Bridge, 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.Regularly provide customer key performance indicators/metrics
Suggest further proposition improvements based on the needs of the customer and help increase customer loyalty
Identify and raise any potential leads/opportunities for growth
Ensure all customer complaints relating to service support functions are resolved and completed in a timely manner
Manage customer performance indicators/metrics
Key Performance Indicators:
Key Account Compliance
Complaint Resolution
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Service delivery function
Good working knowledge and experience of garage equipment and related services preferred, but not essential as training/support provided
Financial awareness
