What you'll be doing ????????

You have a blank canvas to build our comms, marketing and brand strategy as we grow.

You’ll be working with a design lead team who put customers first , ensuring they have the best experience possible.

You’ll shape our social media and marketing strategy , focusing on innovative routes to reach SMBs and consumers.

You’ll develop relationships with media channels throughout our target market, geographies and verticals and be our point-man.

Develop and Amplify Trilo's Brand and Voice : Your primary mission will be to ensure that Trust is not just a buzzword but the core of our brand and communications. You'll be involved in weaving our ethos into every narrative, reinforcing our brand's credibility and approachability.

Strengthen Media Relationships and Increase Trilo's Visibility : You'll create and nurture relationships with key media players, carefully crafting press releases and coordinating our public relations efforts to ensure Trilo's story reaches the right audiences.

Orchestrate Comprehensive Marketing Strategies : Utilise your knowledge and creativity to formulate and execute marketing strategies across various digital platforms. You'll be charged with optimising our online presence and ensuring our social media strategies align with our overall growth objectives.

Elevate Trilo's Market Presence : In the eyes of retailers, consumers, and associations, you'll champion Trilo's image, working tirelessly to enhance our visibility and cultivate our reputation as a trusted fintech partner.

Drive Trilo's Social Media : From ideating posts to managing advertising campaigns, you'll spearhead our social media efforts with a focus on driving engagement, fostering community, and boosting Trilo's online activity.

Foster a Product Feedback Loop : Your role will extend into gathering early product feedback from our users, informing our product development processes. By being the bridge between our users and the product team, you'll ensure we continue to deliver solutions that resonate with our audience.

Collaborate Closely with Trilo's Founder, Hamish : You'll have a crucial partnership with Hamish, exploring new avenues for growth and development for Trilo together. This collaborative role means you'll significantly impact Trilo's strategic direction.

Initiate and Execute Groundbreaking Guerrilla Marketing Campaigns : Embrace the unexpected and push the boundaries of traditional marketing. You'll plan and implement guerrilla marketing campaigns that generate buzz and mirror Trilo's spirit.

What's required ????

Experience : Bring 3+ years of experience in Corporate Comms and Marketing Roles at a fast-paced startup or agency (Required)

Teamwork: You have successfully worked in a collaborative and cross-functional setting;

Communication: You can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it;

Centre of Interests: You are interested in the European tech & startup ecosystem.

Writing : Show off your superior writing and proofreading skills, demonstrating adaptability across various channels and audiences.

Project Management : Thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multitasking, deadline adherence, and self-guided prioritization.

Creativity : Exhibit a disruptive approach to communications while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Media Relations : Leverage your experience in cultivating media relationships. Bonus points for having a ready-to-go network from day one.

Social Media : Showcase your ability to create a unique and standout social media presence, whether individually or as part of a team.

Persistence : Display a relentless, never-give-in attitude when it comes to pursuing goals.
