Job Description Customer Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Engineer for a leading, global provider of medical technology. The company manufactures and distributes intensive care and operating theatre equipment to over 75 countries and their product range spans from sophisticated capital equipment to ambulatory infusion care devices. The company is a well established and growing business who offer numerous career progression opportunities.
As the Customer Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing direct service and support activities for the life support product range across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will also be responsible for the provision of support for the global distributor network with their service and support activities.
Previous experience of using tools and instruments in a technical service role, ideally within the medical device industry
Experience of building relationships and communicating successfully with healthcare professionals
Experience in servicing electro-mechanical products
Full driving licence and an ability to occasionally travel in the UK and overseas
