Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a number of permit coordinators to work from our site in Belfast. The successful jobholder will be expected to:

The Role:

  • Oversee PTW governing documentation.
  • Interface with HSE Advisors to ensure a safe and environmentally sound job area.
  • Monitor preparation, planning and execution of permit to work activities by all stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolves permit-to-work issues.
  • Review all revalidation permits prior to submittal
  • Providing leadership and troubleshooting to ensure efficient execution of the Permit to Work process.
  • Ensuring permit processes are being diligently and correctly followed

About You:

  • Experience with permitting software preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience within the Oil & Gas/offshore sectors
  • Well rounded interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiency required
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
