Dynamic (hybrid) working : Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically for this role you will work 3 days per week on-site; although you will be strongly encouraged to work on-site every day for the first 2-3 months of your employment in order to for you to familiarise yourself with the team and company culture.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven Engineering People Manager who is passionate about managing the performance and development of people. We're looking for a leader who has an appreciation of engineering (either through experience of managing engineering teams, or holding engineering qualifications) but passion, focus, drive and the vision to lead a team to deliver successfully are the key attributes we're looking for.

Support the recruitment process to meet our workload and skills needs.
Ability to lead and drive collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure on time, on cost, on quality delivery.
Experience of various management tasks - recruitment, on-boarding, performance, development etc.
