Pension Strategist

Our client is a global financial institution, offering retail and commercial banking services.
The team performs multiple roles and one of the key activities is providing consulting services to all business units across all functional lines. The consultants assist executive board members and business unit CEOs with strategy formulation across the various business lines and geographies, where they focus on high visibility and high impact projects.
Consequently they have had an excellent track record in both core strategic projects as well as in placement of alumni in senior positions.
This role is for junior to intermediate members to join client as Strategy Consultants – where you are responsible for analyzing, composing and delivering a detailed solution to the issue at hand. To achieve that, you work with a multi-disciplined project team composed of 2-3 consultants, representatives of internal clients and (sometimes) external consultants.
You have a very strong academic track record, with a university degree (Masters-level preferred). One-two years of strategy experience from a top tier management consulting or a financial services firm, the majority of the consultants have less than five years total work experience. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and a clear understanding how to link strategy to financial plans. Experience in MS Excel and other data analytics tools is a plus. You’re able to work effectively with all levels in the organization, including senior management. You’re fluent in English and are willing to travel worldwide (although most travel tends to be in the EU).
The team acquires its own projects and bills internally for services rendered.
