Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to safeguard and support children and families.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and law enforcement agencies.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Participate in child protection conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Scottish Social Work registration
- Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
