Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of sail design, materials, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to innovate and optimize performance. You will also have a network within the industry and enjoy the vast amount of travel that will be encompassed with the position.


Lead all aspects of the sail loft operations, including production, quality control, and customer service, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities and market insights.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the sail loft, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and market differentiation.
