This role is ideal for a technically skilled and commercially focused professional, with expertise in IoT, robotics, and automation within the logistics and supply chain sectors. As the IoT Solutions Lead, you will engage and partner with companies operating global logistics networks, understanding their unique challenges and developing tailored IoT-driven solutions that leverage our platform capabilities. This role combines sales, solution development, and account management to drive platform adoption and foster long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development & Delivery : Lead the design, development, and implementation of IoT-enabled solutions tailored to the specific needs of global logistics networks, with an emphasis on real-time data visibility, asset tracking, automation, and operational optimization.
  • Client Engagement : Engage deeply with prospective and existing clients to identify their business requirements and present customized IoT-oriented solutions that leverage our platform's capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction and platform adoption.
  • Strategic Client Relationships : Act as a primary point of contact between global logistics network operators and internal teams, providing insights into client needs and industry trends to inform platform enhancements and new use cases.
  • Revenue Growth & Partnership Development : Drive revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships with clients, identifying and implementing upsell opportunities, and exploring additional services and platform features that provide added value.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise in IoT & Automation : Proven experience in deploying IoT, robotics, or industrial automation solutions within logistics or supply chain environments, ideally with both commercial and operational exposure.
  • Solution Design & Sales Acumen : Strong background in solution design, sales, and account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
  • Client-Focused Problem-Solving : Ability to understand complex technical requirements, translate them into industry-specific use cases, and effectively communicate solutions to clients.
  • Relationship-Building Skills : Excellent client-facing abilities with a demonstrated focus on building and maintaining strategic, long-term client partnerships.
