About the Role

We are looking for a driven and motivated insurance professional to join our team in a role where you will focus on managing a portfolio of Commercial SME clients and potentially some Domestic customers. Whilst you will be picking up an established client base, you will also need to be proactive self-starter comfortable with generating new business.

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Managing client servicing requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
  • Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
  • Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in insurance broking
  • The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
