  • Salary of £28,000 + overtime available
  • Overtime available @ 1.33x midweek, 1.5x Saturdays
  • 29 days holiday including bank holidays + 4 days over Christmas shutdown (when permanent)

The Role
  • Setting and operating CNC and Manual milling and turning machinery to create components to tight tolerances - utilising Prototract, SLZ, Siemens and Shopmill machinery.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure that all components are manufactured correctly and efficiently, meeting production deadlines and timescales.
  • Ensure that all company Health & Safety procedures are adhered to by you and your team.
The Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working within precision engineering, with experience working on both CNC and manual machinery (essential)
  • Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (essential)
  • Experience working with Protract, SLZ, Siemens and/or Shopmill (advantageous)
