Salary -As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement thisrole has been mapped to National Band 6
The Payroll kapa (team) is a fundamental part of the HR SharedServices (HRSS) whānau (family). We are seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join our Legislation andCompliance kapa (team) within our Payroll Department. Loading pay data into the Payrollsystem.
Co-ordinating, training, andsupporting other team members.
Liaise wither other Te Whatu Orakaimahi (staff), WellNZ and ACC to obtain accurate ACC claim details.
Understanding of ACC paymentlegislation and Holidays act.
Considerable experienceprocessing Payroll, experience with Superannuation, Kiwi Saver,Deductions, IR Filing and taxation is required.
Competent user of Microsoft Suiteapplications and proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
