The role:

Forming part of the firm’s multi-disciplinary clean energy practice, this firm is looking to welcome a Corporate Energy Senior Associate 5+ years PQE with a demonstrable interest/track record in energy-related transactions, to be based in Bristol.

This position is ideal for a Corporate lawyer seeking a diverse array of responsibilities spanning M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraisings, and general corporate matters, with a specific focus on the Energy sector.

What you’ll find in this team are lawyers who have a guru-like understanding of critical issues affecting energy law, and as such, can provide counsel to developers, utilities, investors, and funders on matters related to energy deals, pioneering projects and legal foresight.

As such, they are keen to hear from Senior Associates who have been able to develop a superb understanding of clean energy technologies, as well as broader initiatives related to net-zero and sustainability, as you would be very well suited to this team and able to support the important work they are doing in this space.

As a Senior Associate, it’s crucial to show a range of competencies including an appetite for business development, client responsibility and thought leadership.
