Role Description The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the installations of construction projects for all plumbing works within the company.

You will be responsible for securing sub contractors to carry out the work and use your abilities and experience to problem solve any issues on site.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the prompt and efficient deployment of manpower, construction supplies and equipment, as necessary to accommodate project needs Responsible to represent the Company in project related site meetings and/or discussions with others; and to endeavor to develop and maintain good customer and client relations Maintain constant communication with site workforce while also providing them with support in all aspects of the project Maintain accurate takeoffs Responsible to prepare and submit project close-out documents including: Operation and Maintenance Manuals, pressure test report logs, partial and final inspection logs, etc Qualifications 10+ years experience in Commercial Plumbing 3+ years experience as a Site Foreman Full clean drivers license Strong Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent problem-solving abilities Certification in plumbing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to access and navigate all areas of construction sites Hold site safety certificates ie CSR card, manual handling, working from heights etc.
