With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales.
We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in the South London area.
This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors,
pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs.
Management of multiple contracts across the region providing repairs service
- Working across housing association and housing repairs and voids
- Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests
- The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service
- Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs
- Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
