Operations and Logistics Manager | Luxury Retail | London - Hybrid
Consumer Additions are proud to be partnered with a luxury fragrance brand that is seeking an Operations and Logistics Manager. This well established, yet high-growth brand, is a leader in their niche and a household name in the industry.
Manage and update delivery schedules while communicating to all internal and external stakeholders.
# Oversee inventory levels to prevent out of stocks or overstock situations.
# Strive to make the brand's logistics operations as efficient as possible.
# Always looking to improve the supply chain - quicker order fulfilment, less lost orders, lower costs, etc.
# Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the shipping and handling of products.
# Similar experience at a luxury brand. Experience managing logistics operations across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail. Experience overseeing the launch of a new 3PL warehouse. Knowledge and implementation on a daily basis of client services and order processing. Strong supply chain knowledge, ideally knowing the intricacies of beauty/cosmetic supply chains.
