Corporate Receptionist

A leading investment firm requires an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their front of house team and provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors to their London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors with the utmost professionalism.
- Managing meeting room bookings, acting as the contact for all amendments, checks, and updates.
- Working with the team to achieve excellent standards across the bookings process.
- Booking taxis, adhering to the travel policy.
- Liaising with facilities to ensure high standards are maintained consistently.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a fast-paced corporate reception role is essential.
- Well presented and enthusiastic.
- An excellent team player
- Reliable and punctual
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up new systems.
